QUALITY POLICY

BIOARRAY, a company dedicated to “Preimplantation genetic diagnosis, karyotyping and CGH microarrays for prenatal and postnatal diagnosis, genetic diagnosis through massive sequencing panels and exomes, design and development for R&D&I projects”, has decided to implement a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 and UNE ISO 15189:2023 standards to improve the service provided to its clients.

To achieve this, BIOARRAY has established a Quality Management System based on the requirements of UNE-EN-ISO 9001 and UNE-EN-ISO 15189:2023, and our fundamental IMPROVEMENT COMMITMENTS are:

  • Comply with the requirements established by clients and technical specifications, as well as legal requirements and other voluntarily acquired obligations.

  • Consider the best available technologies on the market when defining improvement objectives to achieve the highest quality service.

  • Establish systematic work procedures for our professionals and improvement tools to address risks and opportunities, preventing errors and repetition of tests, in order to continuously improve the effectiveness of the management system.

  • Implement ongoing training plans for employees to ensure the high qualification and competence of our professionals, and to ensure they are familiar with, understand, and apply the quality documentation and implement this policy, in order to offer clients the optimal solution, with an immediate and effective response to their needs.

  • Improve our processes in general, and patient clinical safety in particular.

These services must contribute to excellence in patient care and the development of personalized medicine, thanks to innovation, development, and continuous improvement in the quality of services.

To incorporate massive DNA analysis technologies into genetic diagnosis, thus enabling the identification of the underlying genetic cause of hundreds of pathologies quickly and efficiently, and making it accessible to everyone.
